Terms of Service

The legal basics for using Nouri

Please read this agreement carefully. It outlines your rights and responsibilities when engaging with the Nouri Longevity OS.

1. Agreement overview

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nouri website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and confirming that you have the authority to do so. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

2. Account registration & security

When you create an account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Notify us immediately at nouri@nouri.is if you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the security of the Services.

3. Member responsibilities

Our Services are designed to provide educational guidance and structured routines based on scientific research. They are not a substitute for personalized medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any supplement, nutrition, or fitness protocol.

  • Provide accurate health information so that recommendations remain relevant.
  • Use supplements and habit recommendations responsibly and follow product labels.
  • Immediately discontinue any protocol that causes discomfort and consult a professional.
  • Comply with local regulations regarding supplement importation or use.

4. Scientific guidance & methodology

Nouri uses data-driven analysis of scientific research to generate deterministic policies for supplement and routine recommendations. This guidance is based on the data you provide and general scientific literature.

We do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication. Our support focuses on helping you interpret health information and establish beneficial routines. Any educational resources provided are for informational purposes only.

5. Subscription & payments

The Nouri app is currently free to use. In the future, we may introduce premium features or subscriptions. If we do, pricing and inclusions will be clearly presented, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

You can manage your account settings at any time. We reserve the right to change our pricing structure with notice to you.

6. Intellectual property

The Nouri brand, protocols, software, content, and design assets are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services.

You may not modify, reproduce, sell, or distribute any part of the Services without our express permission. Any feedback you provide may be used to improve the Services without any obligation to you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the Services. Automated scraping, data mining, or use of the Services for competitive analysis without permission is prohibited.

We reserve the right to investigate any violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending accounts, or pursuing legal remedies.

8. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party health data providers or other services. These partners have their own terms and privacy practices. Nouri is not responsible for third-party services and your interactions with them are governed solely by their policies.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in activity that could harm other members or our reputation.

Upon termination, sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nouri disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific health outcomes, biomarker improvements, or supplement effects. Individual results depend on numerous variables outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nouri and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

In jurisdictions that do not allow certain exclusions, our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nouri, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the courts located in Reykjavik, Iceland, unless a local law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory requirements. When we make material changes we will provide notice via email or prominent product updates. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
